  • The European Union will propose initiating a significant training program for Ukrainian soldiers in neighboring countries, according to EU foreign policy leader Josep Borrell, Radio Free Europe reported.   • Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, has banned public celebrations of the country’s independence from Russian-dominated Soviet rule this week, citing a heightened fear of a Russian attack, Reuters added.
